Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Conduct policy reviews and make recommendations for coverage adjustments as needed
- Assist clients with claims processing and follow-up
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for new and renewal policies
- Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverages
- Proficient in using insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
