ACCOUNT SPECIALIST

Adam Merrick Real Estate is looking for a charismatic professional with energy and ambition. What You'll Do:

• Interact daily with team members, customers and clients.
• Manage and oversee processes and task plans.
• Educate contacts about and options and processes.
• Monitor account activity and advise customers and clients throughout the closing process.
• Achieve and maintain knowledge of industry practices and regulations.
• Use professional judgement and problem solving skills to navigate clients to closing.

Experience You Possess:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance preferred.
• Professional Experience: Excellent work history in administrative, sales and/or account management field. At least 2 years experience in a professional and/or administrative position.
• Technical: Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point and Publisher. Prior experience in real estate or banking industry is helpful. (experience with Mac software preferred)

Work schedule:

• Full Time - 40 hours per week
• Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Some evening and weekend availability may be required.

• $40,000 - $50,000 base salary (depending on experience)
