Seeking a Market Specialist to help us service our large database of clients. Full-time hours do include weekends, and will vary depending on client needs. A clear communicator who is not only good with people, but actually draws energy from working with people, is a must. Duties and opportunity will expand depending on your success in the role.

This position requires a PA Real Estate Salesperson’s license, and that you are a great cultural fit for our tight-knit team.

What is a Market Specialist? You will be the 'boots on the ground' for your lead agent, helping identify properties for buyers, coordinating showing appointments, showing homes and answering client questions, keeping your lead agent in the loop for all client activity. You will also have the opportunity to shadow your lead agent at Buyer Consultations and in writing offers. This is an ideal position for someone looking to get started in the business and learn from leaders in the local Pocono real estate industry.
