Real Estate Zoning Specialist assists in providing network site identification, qualification, administration and negotiation services for zoning real estate sites. Maintains and tracks land opportunities. Being a Real Estate Zoning Specialist communicates with holding companies, brokers, attorneys, and consultants. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Real Estate Zoning Specialist typically reports to a manager. The Real Estate Zoning Specialist gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Come to work in a busy real estate office providing property management. Working with tenants and owners to provide excellent customer service, you will post rental payments, prepare deposits, assist clients with work orders and assist the agents in the office with other clerical duties.
