Compensation:
$40,000 - $80,000 at plan yearly
Responsibilities:-
Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
- Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process
- Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions
- Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
- Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing Griffin Home Group's services, and generating interest in our real estate offerings.

Engage in consultative conversations to understand clients' needs, preferences, and motivations.

Qualify leads and determine their readiness for further engagement with our sales team.

Follow established scripts and sales processes to effectively communicate our value proposition and convert leads into opportunities.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and lead activities in our CRM system.

Collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to optimize lead-generation strategies and campaigns.

Continuously expand your knowledge of our offerings, market trends, and industry best practices to effectively represent Griffin Home Group.
Qualifications:-
High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
- 1 year of real estate sales experience
- Proven experience in sales or lead generation, preferably in real estate or related industries.
