As a real estate agent with Don Dunham III Real Estate, you will be a licensed Realtor and member of the local and National Association of REALTORS®. You will be the client’s primary contact from the first message to the final sale.

Compensation *$60,000 - $100,000.

• Have superb interpersonal and communication skills. 

 Responsibilities

• Stay disciplined in a daily prospecting routine, actively filling your pipeline with opportunities using a strategy developed with your real estate mentor.
• An intelligent problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust.
• Ensure potential buyers and sellers are well informed about their local housing market.
• Willing to reach out to pre-qualified leads promptly to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home. 
• Diligent about completing required documents. 
• Manage facilitation of required documentation for legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close. 
• Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction. 
• Participate in open houses, schedule home showings, and show homes to potential buyers.
