Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual join our growting real estate team as a Transaction Coordinator/Marketing Assistant. As a Transaction Coordinator/Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating real estate transactions from contract to closing. Your role will involve working closely with clients, agents, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction process. You will also be responsible for developing marketing materials and advertising campaings from start to finish that are timely and effective. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to closing - Review contracts and ensure all necessary documents are complete and accurate
- Communicate with clients, loan officers, title companies, and other parties involved in the transaction
- Timely schedule necessary appointments.
- Provide answers and excellent customer service to our clients.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing transaction documents.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the transaction process.
-Help arrange team events, take photos and post highlights on social media,
-Prepare and post marketing content to our social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Skills:
- Organizational skills are a must as is the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent computer skills and database management.
- Skills in social media, and canva.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
