If you are not yet licensed, we can guide you through the licensing process and answer any questions you have about it. Scholarship opportunities are available for pre-licensing school.

Our agents average $40,000-$60,000 in commissions in their first year using our world-class business plan, training, and coaching. Our seasoned real estate agents earn $100 - $300K a year with us. Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Have the drive and discipline to go after your goals and dreams

2. Must be able to manage leads and follow up with clients by prospecting daily

3. Personally meet with clients to establish their needs & provide consultation

4. Assist clients with finding homes, showings of homes, inspections, writing contracts, and closings.

5. Have excellent time management skills to work efficiently

6. Continuously fill your sales pipeline with prospects to establish long-term success
