We are a top producing real estate team that is busier than ever and looking for a talented licensed agent to join our team in Sacramento. Our team is based out of Keller Williams Roseville and we take 50 listings a year in the Sacramento/Elk Grove/Woodland. We are looking for an agent partner to join our team and work our listings and the leads they generate in Sacramento/Elk Grove/Woodland.

As an agent you will contact, qualify and convert new leads, do consistent open houses, show properties and facilitate the negotiation process between clients to get homes sold. This is a commissioned position with minimum on target earnings of $120,000 to be in alignment with other agents on team.

For the first 90 days, you will lead generate for 2 hours everyday (calling new leads and follow up) with the rest of our team agents to ensure you have momentum right out the gate.

As an agent on our team, you will be taken in by our group of seasoned agents to receive daily coaching, training and qualified leads with the tools, marketing and support to convert them. Must have an active California Real Estate license or be in process of obtaining within 1 month.

Compensation: $120,000 At Plan Earnings (Commission)

Responsibilities:

• Door knock and call targeted qualified seller leads with team to assess selling needs
• Call to follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home
• Hold frequent open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers
• Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale
• Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market
• Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget
• Participate in team training sessions, daily role play calls, 411 accountability meetings
• Learn & use team sales scripts, tools and methods to prospect
• Lead generation skills with ability to track metrics

Qualifications:

• Previous real estate or sales experience is a huge plus
• Have grit, a strong work ethic and drive to be highly successful
• Be an aggressive and competitive team player
• Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed
• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Must have active California Real Estate License In Good Standing
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and professional automobile
