Responsibilities
- Guide and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Understand clients' desires and financial capabilities to provide suitable suggestions
- Facilitate negotiations and maintain good conduct between sellers and buyers for a mutually beneficial understanding
- Provide information on legal guidelines, rates, specifications, and property availability
