Responsibilities Therapy Director:

• Oversee and lead the therapy department, ensuring the highest standard of care for residents.
• Develop and implement therapy programs to meet the specific needs of individuals.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care plans.
• Provide leadership and guidance to therapy staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of therapy services and make necessary adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications Therapy Director:

• Licensed Therapist, in the state of Ohio.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare or nursing home setting.
• Strong knowledge of therapy techniques and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and documentation standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56,401.48 - $70,924.37 per year
