Job Description:

Lexington, MA office (4 days onsite, 1 remote)

• Minimum 2 years of scheduling experience
• HS Diploma or GED
• Advanced calendar management skills

Supports the overall activities associated with the interview process for North American hiring; including calendar coordination, communication, assessment scheduling and travel and expenses. Liaisons with candidates and interviewers for availability, addresses and remediates issues in support of the interview scheduling process

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $23.40 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
