  Sourcing and attracting candidates by using industry contacts, databases, social media, etc
• Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and proactively identify future hiring needs.
• Manage candidate databases and tracking systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Data entry, documentation of all applicants

• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers and following up on the interview status.
• Inform unqualified candidates of status
• Send assessments to qualified candidates
• Preparation of offer letters
• Projects and other duties as assigned.

• 
  Experience in confidential work in a sensitive manner
• Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Must be able to gather and analyze information skillfully.
• Excellent communicator, verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or similar software.
• Two to four years of experience in a related position preferred
