Recruiting Director plans, develops, and directs processes to attract, evaluate, and refer candidates for open positions through recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting and other sourcing methods. Develops and enhances and organization's recruiting program, policies, and procedures. Being a Recruiting Director executes a strategy to position the organization as a preferred employer. Evaluates and communicates key metrics to develop appropriate recruitment strategies and ensure positions are filled efficiently and effectively. Additionally, Recruiting Director maintains relationships with schools, advertisement, and recruitment agencies. Oversees the recruitment for senior level and executive positions. Conducting pre-screen interviews to appropriately match candidates to clients’ requirements. Complete reference and background checks.
Maintain candidate database and timely and effective communications between clients and candidates. Qualifications Proven success in recruiting and workflow management for both front-line and executive / professional positions is required.
Keen understanding of managing the candidate workflow in a way that ensures efficiency and positive candidate and client relations.
Strong skills in establishing rapport and building relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Professional and approachable presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated successes against targeted objectives. Exceptional detail orientation; strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills.
Technical aptitude to work with multiple software solutions. Self-motivated and able to work independently. This is a project-based, fully-remote opportunity, with assignments made based on client needs.
