Ambassador Personnel is in search of a Recruiting Branch Manager to join our team in Macon, GA! Competitive Pay Bonuses Benefits!

We are a full-cycle staffing firm specializing in Industrial and Administrative placements. The Branch Manager’s primary goal is the financial success of the branch. This position requires someone able to work in a fast-paced environment, able to meet deadlines , and work well under pressure. You have to be able to work independently and be self-motivated. Management and/or Recruiting experience in a staffing firm environment is preferred but not required.

A Few Key Responsibilities:

• Financial responsibility for meeting or exceeding the annual budget for the branch.
• Recruitment, training, management, and development of branch team
• Manage all sales, operations, and financial aspects of the branch by ensuring proper usage of sales and recruiting pipelines and financial reports.
• Build on existing client relationships and grow the bottom line.
• Manage job applicant responses via job boards and Applicant Tracking System.
• Work with clients on current employee issues, incidents, injuries, performance, etc.
• Deliver top-notch customer service to both candidates and clients.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Management and/or recruiting experience in a staffing firm environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to successfully communicate verbally and in writing.
• Experience managing budgets, A/R, collections, P&L’s, and all branch financials.
• Must have at least 3 years of hands-on recruitment experience.
• Able to demonstrate exemplary performance in attitude, attendance, and professional image.
• Ability to influence and persuade to achieve desired outcomes.
• Able to demonstrate effective negotiation and closing techniques.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• You have to be able to work independently and be self-motivated.

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Recruitment-related certifications are a plus, but not required
