Additionally, Recruiting Director maintains relationships with schools, advertisement, and recruitment agencies. Oversees the recruitment for senior level and executive positions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Recruiting Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity.     Required Qualifications:

    • Educational Background: Must possess a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or its equivalent.
