Recruiting Director plans, develops, and directs processes to attract, evaluate, and refer candidates for open positions through recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting and other sourcing methods. Develops and enhances and organization's recruiting program, policies, and procedures. Being a Recruiting Director executes a strategy to position the organization as a preferred employer. Evaluates and communicates key metrics to develop appropriate recruitment strategies and ensure positions are filled efficiently and effectively. Additionally, Recruiting Director maintains relationships with schools, advertisement, and recruitment agencies. Oversees the recruitment for senior level and executive positions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Recruiting Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Recruiting Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated School Social Worker to join the Waukegan, IL School District for the 2024-2025 academic year. This rewarding position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students by providing crucial social-emotional support and advocacy.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and screenings to identify students' social-emotional needs and develop intervention plans.
- Provide individual and group counseling to students to address a range of issues such as mental health, behavior, and family dynamics.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and community resources to develop and implement interventions that promote students' academic and social success.
- Advocate for students' rights and access to resources within the school and community.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 plans.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of student assessments, progress, and interventions.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Valid Illinois Professional Educator License with School Social Worker endorsement.
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a school or related setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of professionals.
