Recruiting Supervisor supervises the activities of the employment department. Oversees a company's recruiting programs, policies, and procedures to develop and utilize various sources of potential applicants to fulfill staffing needs. Being a Recruiting Supervisor reviews and approves content and placement of job postings in newspapers, magazines, trade or professional journals, or online media. Maintains relationships with and visits high schools, trade schools, colleges, job fairs, and related venues as part of recruiting efforts. Additionally, Recruiting Supervisor, a level I supervisor is considered a working supervisor with little authority for personnel actions. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Has no authority for staff actions. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor. We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to work closely with our Talent team, hiring managers, and interviewers. By being one of the first faces and names that candidates see, you will ensure candidates feel welcomed, informed, and cared for throughout the recruitment process to ensure a world-class candidate experience. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be an ambassador for the Talent team to both internal and external stakeholders, promoting and creating operational best practices in a fast-paced environment.
This person is expected to work in the Eastern time zone (2pm-10pm), aligning with our US headquarters in New York City.
