The duty is to keep accurate medical imaging schedules. Schedulers must be able to input and update imaging information, coordinate with other departments, and work with patients to ensure that imaging is done in a timely and efficient manner. The scheduler is responsible for ensuring that all imaging is performed in accordance with imaging policy and procedures.

The duty is to ensure that imaging studies are completed in a timely manner to meet clinical needs. Schedulers must be able to understand complex imaging studies and keep track of patient's progress while they are undergoing imaging studies. Scheduler must be able to Interface with other healthcare professionals to ensure timely completion of imaging studies.

Education, Certifications, and Licenses Required

• High School Diploma or GED

Experience Required

• 1 year of experience as a receptionist or any role involving multitasking and organization and customer service.
• 1 year of previous experience in the medical field and basic knowledge of medical insurance is preferred.
• Knowledge of health care terminology preferred.

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
