Refinery Operator jobs in Fremont, CA

Responsibilities :

• Produce high-quality medical devices within a manufacturing cell.
• Perform assembly, repair, and testing operations on pacemakers, ICDs, leads, and related medical device assemblies.
• Handle and maneuver small components and parts.
• Execute routine assignments according to specified procedures under close supervision.
• Ensure accuracy and currency of job documentation for cell operations.
• Communicate effectively with manufacturing management at all levels.
• Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives to enhance production processes.
• Maintain accurate records to ensure traceability and address quality issues.
• Demonstrate a basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.

Collaborate with supervisors / managers to set and monitor individual goals and performance metrics.

Utilize electronic data collection systems and computer software packages.

Skills :

• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures.
• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Make critical decisions and judgments with minimal supervision.
• Ability to adhere to safety guidelines and utilize appropriate safety devices during operations.
• Ability to prioritize work based on precedence and importance.
• Maintain a positive attitude when interacting with internal and external customers.
