Regional Administrative Manager manages the daily operations of an organization's staff and service functions. Oversees various internal service areas that typically include administrative/office/financial operations, facility maintenance/space planning, security, hospitality services, equipment and supply procurement, vendor management, and others. Implements processes and policies that support efficient service delivery and meet the organization's changing needs. As a Regional Administrative Manager (RAM) at Total Spectrum you'll be responsible for supporting key administrative and compliance process for LEARN’s regional clinical services. You'll work in partnership with other support function, including HR, Training, Clinical Compliance, Clinical Operations and Facilities, to ensure staff is supported and services are delivered in an efficient and compliant manner. RAMs are members of our Regional Clinical Services team.
This is a hybrid schedule working a minimum of 3 days in the office per week at one of our Michigan Learning Centers. Candidates must reside within driving distance to one of the following Learning Center locations:
