Preferred Pool management is looking for supervisors to manage specific territories in New York and New Jersey with commercial swimming pools. You will be responsible for your pools and your supervisors.
Job requirements: Must have a reliable vehicle, flexible schedule(weekends and holidays are mandatory), experience in scheduling/ hiring and some very basic repair skills. (know how to use a drill, a ratchet and channel-lock a plus).
Computer knowledge and attention to detail are a must. Ideal candidate should be able to swim and have some basic first aid knowledge as well.

Job description: Hire, train and schedule lifeguards. Ensure staff is at pools on time for opening every morning and cover or fill in when necessary. Visit your pools regularly, fill out weekly checklists, maintain cleanliness and adjust chemical levels, ensure safety equipment is in place. Communicate effectively with staff, patrons and property management.
Paid weekly
Average work week is 6 days, with 1 day off.
Pool season runs from April 1st through October 1st
Pool hours vary from 9a-9p
Gas and tolls are paid
