SALARY RANGE:

$52,000 - $65,000 Annual Salary.

SUMMARY:

Attention Grabbing Media is a digital marketing agency and a 3X Inc 5000 recognized company with over 100 employees located in Largo FL who is looking to hire a Finance Director. We are looking for someone with experience in bookkeeping and accounts receivable. You must have Quickbooks online experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accurate Invoicing
• Bookkeeping
• Accurate Profit & Loss Statement
• Collections
• Account Audits
• Bank Reconciliation
• Management of the following financial software (QuickBooks, Stripe, PayPal).
• Produce accurate financial reports
• International payroll for over 100 employees
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all financial operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Revenue optimization, cost reduction, and identifying new income avenues.
• Proactively solve financial problems and adapt to the dynamic nature of a marketing company.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Quickbooks Online Experience
• Bookkeeping Experience
• Payroll Experience
• Strong Communication Skills
• Proficient in creating and managing financial reports using platforms such as Google Sheets, ClickUp, and PDF, with the ability to seamlessly integrate data for tracking payments, sales commissions, future payments, and accounts receivables across various software solutions.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• No college degree is required
• Previous agency experience is a plus but not required
