Regional Agency Director jobs in Orlando, FL

Regional Agency Director is responsible for all facets of sales performance for insurance agencies within a designated geographic area. Develops policies, objectives, and initiatives for agencies in the region and is responsible for ensuring the region meets its projected goals. Being a Regional Agency Director coordinates operations with those of other regions. Directs agency and district managers in achieving their goals and objectives of securing the optimum volume of high-quality business at proper cost. Additionally, Regional Agency Director is responsible for number of premiums written per region. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Regional Agency Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Regional Agency Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience.     We are looking for

    • Significant experience leading a creative team.
    • A degree in digital design and/or marketing.
    • Marketing and digital design experience.
    • Design team project management.
    • Proven talent and skills in both print and digital media platforms.
    • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
    • Knowledge of video editing and/or motion graphics.
    • Understanding of UX/UI principals, hierarchy and responsive design / e-commerce experience.
    • Digital Marketing experience 
    • Social Media Marketing experience
    • Trade show design, setup and 
    Job Details:

    Lead the Marketing Initiatives throughout the organization to drive sales and leads for growing our business.  Work with all department to ensure timely and quality communications.  Lead a team of 2-4 artists doing design of promotional products, marketing materials, all brand-related products to company including but not limited to logo, vehicle wrap design, t-shirts, flyers, postcards, email newsletters, and more. We are a small company growing fast (business open since 2011) and need a team player who’s willing to do a variety of different design/website items. "Drive the Marketing" experience a plus. This position will work with both the inside team and with outside clients to design for SoftWash Systems as well as manage the department personnel.

    Job Type: Full-Time

    Start Date: ASAP

    Salary: $71,000 - $80,000 (Base Profit Sharing Combination)

    • Paid holidays, Major holidays (5)
    • Between Christmas Eve and January 2nd paid time off.
    Schedule: Typically Monday – Friday normal business hours (Very occasionally, after hour and weekend work).
