Description
This role involves contributing to the development of aircraft learning programs. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in training, leadership, or management within the aviation sector.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct training on electrical, bond & ground, and seal applications for aircraft assembly.
- Oversee heavy and light structure drilling, fastener, and rivet installation.
- Ensure adherence to production standards and effective use of power and hand tools.
- A minimum of 32 hours of work per week, flexible depending on demand.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and a willingness to learn new software.
