Position Title: Property Inspection Specialist

Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm

Salary: $650-$750 per week, plus bonuses

Job Description:

As a Property Inspection Specialist, you'll be responsible for driving to homeowners' residences and conducting thorough inspections for wind or hail damage. Your primary duties will include:

• Property Inspection: Conduct comprehensive inspections of residential properties to identify and document any wind or hail damage accurately.
• Homeowner Communication: Provide clear and accurate information to homeowners regarding our representation and explain the process of the company in a professional and courteous manner.
• On-Site Work: Be prepared to climb ladders or onto roofs to conduct inspections thoroughly and ensure no damage goes unnoticed.
• Documentation: Obtain necessary paperwork and signatures from homeowners to complete the inspection process efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:

• Attention to Detail: Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate property assessments and documentation.
