Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead sales for our Florida market. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners and clients to drive sales growth, and to provide exceptional customer service that aligns with our brand promises. This is an opportunity for someone with a strong sales background and excellent communication skills to join a rapidly growing company and be part of our leadership team long-term.

This will start as part-time role requiring 2-3 days per week and is intended to roll into a full-time salaried position with benefits as the business scales.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary BCP representative to maintain positive customer relationships
• Follow up with inbound leads to move them through the funnel
• Prospect leads within our ICPs to build funnel in addition to inbound efforts
• Maintain funnel hygiene in Streak CRM via daily updates
• Create, deliver and negotiate estimates with customers to close business
• Work with paint Team Leads to articulate customer expectation and map out the PoA
• Manage customer introduction to paint Team Leads and lead kick-off walkthroughs
• Serve as liaison between customer, paint crew and BCP leadership throughout the job
• Provide paint crews with an outside pair of eyes to help maintain effective Quality Control
• Manage final walkthrough with customers
• Manage customer experience wrap-up process
• Lead weekly funnel review report meetings with BCP leadership

Compensation

• Bi-weekly Salary
• Uncapped Commissions
• Performance Bonuses

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
