    WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    The primary responsibility of the Manager, Channel Marketing is to assist the team in day-to-day project execution. This position maintains active communication with their client contacts through ongoing status and client delivery meetings, consistently managing clients’ expectations and revisions as well as identifying out-of-scope requests. The Manager, Channel Marketing consistently documents client communications and status meeting debriefings and delivers them to the internal team to keep them updated and informed.

    The Manager, Channel Marketing oversees all client projects through their lifecycles, including scoping proposals and timelines, creating estimates, and managing budgets and work-back schedules. This role works closely with vendors/contractors assigned to their projects to manage them within scope and budget and ensure that their components support the overarching project. An effective problem-solver on a day-to-day basis, the Manager, Channel Marketing must be adept at anticipating problems and recognizing opportunities.


    WHAT OUR CHANNEL MARKETING MANAGER WILL DO ONCE THEY'RE HERE

    • Demonstrates an awareness of core agency service offerings/capabilities
    • Demonstrates basic knowledge of program/campaign architecture
    • Demonstrates deep knowledge of project architecture, estimate structures, and workflow
    • Ensures accurate and complete collection of client assets
    • Assist with all incoming requests for the dealer network while utilizing a customer-service oriented mindset
    • Uses client-facing communication skills to manage relationships with the dealer network on phone, video call, and email channels, while also being able to anticipate their needs
    • Maintains basic knowledge of their clients' industry/segment, consumer profiles, and organizational structure
    • Maintains awareness of clients' competitors and informs team, as applicable
    • Facilitates weekly client-facing status meeting
    • Maintains successful client relationships
    • Ensures successful execution of their clients' projects on-quality, on-time, and on-budget
    • Manages the facilitation of projects from estimation through launch and ongoing execution
    • Proactively manages and updates project work-back schedule
    • Ensures that deliverables undergo internal approval process before being presented to client and proofread as necessary
    • Effectively presents agency work to clients
    • Manages project financials, including vendor quotes and POs, and maintains and monitors project budgets on a daily basis to ensure that the team stays within the agreed-upon budget; informs all parties of any changes to scope/assumptions/issues that arise
    • Ensures accuracy of client contacts for agency
    • Maintains professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values
    • Completes timesheet on a daily basis
    • Other relevant duties to position as assigned


    WHAT OUR CHANNEL MARKETING MANAGER WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

    • 2 years of account or project management experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar field
    • Marketing agency experience
    • Demonstrated knowledge of one or more agency capabilities/offerings
    • Experience drafting client project proposals and SOWs
    • Experience with researching requirements for project goals and benchmarking
    • Experience in successfully managing clients through complex projects
    • Experience in project financial management and analysis
    • Demonstrated ability to provide tactical solutions to client business objectives
    • Experience developing work breakdown structures, creating timelines, and driving successful execution of milestones: on-quality, on-budget, and on-schedule
    • Experience collaborating with team members to create detailed project estimates aligned with proposed scopes of work
    • Experience with Workamajig, Workbook, Advantage, NetSuite OpenAir, Clients and Profits or other integrated operations tools a plus
