    The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for executing the fleet maintenance and repair sales strategies developed by the sales division. This person will be responsible for execution of sales programs that increase sales in their defined territory for the Boss Truck Shops Division.

    Boss Truck Shop offers on-demand pay (access to earned but not yet paid wages) through

    • Works with Sales Manager to develop Strategic Action Plans and Goals for increasing shop sales in a defined territory for the Boss Truck Shop Division.
    • Develops and maintains a thorough understanding of the services and products offered in the over the road (OTR) truck repair shop industry and specific Boss Truck Shops’ market differentiation.
    • Develops and maintains a good working relationship with Boss Truck Shops Leadership as well as the customer care / call center team to ensure quality and consistent customer relationships.
    • Assists in the development and execution of the customer retention program to include but not limited to
      • Face to face relationship development.
      • Consistently follows up/& check in strategy.
      • Identifies opportunities with customers to increase sales revenue growth.
    • Assists in the development of a continuous lead generation program.
    • Consistently follows up and properly qualifies all leads through various appropriate activities (cold calling, phone work, electronic communication).
    • Responsible for assisting shop customers with problem resolution by including the appropriate operations staff in the resolution.
    • Proper use and execution of proposal system when appropriate.
    • Consistently and effectively uses of the CRM system to assist in maintaining customer relationships, lead conversion and sales activity reporting.
    • Identifies and maintains current information about the competition’s strengths, weaknesses and pricing programs. This will include providing strategic intelligence to management on and ongoing basis.
    • Determines marketing tool needs and assist in development of those tools as appropriate.
    • Attends marketing and promotional events that would be beneficial to show customer appreciation and lead development.

    Additional Job Duties

    • Assists in other duties, as assigned.
    • The ability to travel at 50% minimum is required.


    Supervisory Responsibility

    • This position has no supervisory responsibilities.


    Education and/or Experience (includes certs or licenses needed)

    • Associates degree or related field preferred but not necessary.
    • 3-5 years of sales and customer service experience combined.
    • Transportation/truck repair industry experience preferred.


    Minimum Qualifications

    • Proven sales and marketing skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Demonstrates effective negotiation and closing techniques.
    • Works well in team environment
    • Proven customer and personal relationship building skills.
    • Must be dependable, responsible and self-motivated.
    • Familiar with and proficient in basic Microsoft Office use.
    • Must be able to communicate in English - IF APPLICABLE.
    • Able and willing to deliver friendly, courteous and prompt customer service.
    • Able to work cooperatively with other team members.
