Sweetwater Property Management is a Professional Multi-Family Property Management Company located in Fayetteville, North Carolina. We are looking to hire an Experienced Regional Property Manager to join our expanding team. Ideal applicant is Fayetteville based or within 30-minute commute.Our ideal candidate has 4 years of experience in the role of a Regional Manager or Senior Property Manager with direct supervision over 6 or more employees. They must possess proven leadership skills, responsible for the success of various communities, and is able to travel to the communities to inspect them for compliances. Our Regional Manager will work under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer to effectively operate various properties. To be successful in this role, you must be a servant leader with empathy with the passion to succeed.Sweetwater Property Management's core values are the core beliefs and practices of our company. We offer quality benefits to include medical, dental, vision, 401K, Paid time off, mileage reimbursement and Free Time Friday.RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES include, but are not limited to:
- Effectively operate and manage apartment communities in different stages of performance.
- Provide direction, training, and oversight to community-level team members. Be a resource and help determine solutions.
- Create and Work within budgets on spending projects and improvement plans as well as routine maintenance.
- Problem-solving and demonstrating a positive attitude.
- Regular reporting.
- HR duties such as corrective action plans, hiring, and terminations. Help create and provide input for team member retention.
- Working within legal and regulatory guidelines.
- Other duties as required and assigned.
- Motivate and Delegate to achieve the goals.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS include, but are not limited to:- Previous experience in a supervisor position, Minimum 4 years.
- A Multi-Family Property Management background is required. (Apartments).
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with vendors, employees, supervisors, ownership, and any other potential points of contact.
- Must assimilate direction well.
- Must have strong and effective multi-tasking skills.
- Must have strong ethics.
- Individuals must be a self-starter and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision, completing tasks in a timely manner.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills required.
- Must have reliable registered transportation, a valid driver's license in good standing, and should be willing to travel overnight as needed.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
