Job Title: Retail Dispensary Store Manager

Location: Michigan

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations in Watervliet, Michigan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, ensuring compliance with state laws, and providing excellent customer service. The Store Manager will also be responsible for managing staff, inventory, and cash control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the retail store, including sales, inventory management, and cash control.

• Ensure compliance with state laws and regulations.

• Develop and maintain a positive work environment for employees, ensuring high morale and productivity.

• Hire and train staff members, as well as manage employee performance, scheduling, and terminations.

• Create and maintain an efficient and effective work schedule for all staff members.

• Monitor inventory levels and order products as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.

• Implement marketing strategies to promote the store and increase sales.

• Ensure that all staff members are following store policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of management experience in a retail setting.

• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

• Ability to manage a team and create a positive work environment.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation:

The Store Manager position offers a competitive salary based on experience, plus bonus potential.
