    Responsibilities:

    • Create a high-performing team with a fun and professional work environment that fosters professional development
    • Coach and mentor team members, provide regular feedback and conduct performance evaluations
    • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and performance expectations
    • Manage payroll and scheduling for the center staff
    • Manage inventory and supplies, and keeping up with the latest trends and products
    • Manage operations by adhering to policies and procedures, monitoring expenses, and analyzing financial data to make informed decisions
    • Deliver a premium customer experience by providing exceptional service, building relationships, and creating a welcoming atmosphere
    • Build strong relationships with the local business community and be a leader in promoting the UPS Store brand
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance data, ensure sales targets and KPIs are met
    • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in retail management or a related field, with a proven track record of success
    • Strong leadership skills with a focus on professional development and a passion for delivering premium customer experiences
    • Exceptional customer service skills, with a natural ability to connect with people and build long-lasting relationships
    • Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
    • A passion for working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to stay calm under pressure
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
    • Ability to use Adobe Creative software, Graphic Design, and Print Production experience preferred (Training is provided and will be required for Center Managers as part of Print Services Training)
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
