Job Summary

The Regional Marketing Manager will oversee and manage product, service and marketing program planning and development for multiple Service Experts Centers within a region.

Core Responsibilities

• Work with center management on strategic marketing planning, development and implementation of marketing campaigns in direct support of applicable Centers’ business objectives.
• Market research planning and analysis.
• Ensure Service Experts brand standards are consistently applied in all marketing communications.
• Assist in the development of revenue generation consumer campaigns for applicable Service Experts Centers.
• Review marketing performance using data from internal and external sources.
• Review media efficiency and cost savings procurement for applicable centers.
• Field Agency management, coordination and liaison for responsible centers.
• Facilitate timely sharing of “best practices” among Field Agency, marketing team members and applicable centers.
• Facilitate regular marketing reviews to ensure marketing programs and tactics are fully supporting business objectives for responsible centers.
• Other projects and support as needed

Job Specifications

Minimum Education

• Bachelor degree required

Minimum Experience

• 6 years related experience in Field Marketing
• Marketing experience in a multi-store environment
• Strong knowledge of marketing /advertising principles
• Ability to manage multiple people / projects simultaneously
• Creative and strategic thinker
• Solid analytical abilities and ability interpret multiple points of data
• Excellent interpersonal communication abilities
• Advertising Agency management/experience
