Electrical Service Manager - Wheat Ridge, CO

We are looking for a Service Manager to join our family-owned business of 25 years. Position responsibilities include:

• Daily scheduling of service calls and small projects of crews.
• Develop and manage client relationships – coordinating, scheduling work, and following up with customers.
• Crew field support – helping crews troubleshoot issues when they arise.
• Process paperwork daily.
• Order parts & follow up on orders.
• Devise innovative strategies for developing and maintaining business.

Position requirements:

• Proactive Communication – must have a proactive level of communication with field crews, office personnel and customers.
• Must be able to gather information for estimators to provide pricing for projects.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of service work experience.
• Must be familiar with tools, (i.e. voltage meters, amp probes, load metering, underground fault locating equipment etc.).
• Pass a background check and drug testing.
• Have a valid Colorado driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Have a valid Colorado Journeyman license in good standing.
• Manage & mentor the electrical team.
• Perform site visits as needed for customer service and crew support.
• Demonstrate and support safe working practices.
• Be able to order and receive orders from suppliers.
• Will be required to be on the on-call rotation for after-hours and emergency calls.
• Must be willing to take service calls as needed.
• Monitor & keep company tools checked in/out and facilitate any repairs.

Salary for this position is based on experience. We provide service to commercial and industrial companies.
