- Enroll students/families in Sylvan’s proven success program
- Set and achieve enrollment goals/targets
- Develop and implement local marketing activities
Manage Team:
- Participate in selection, management, and motivation of center employees
- Partner with the Executive Director/other directors to assist in the center operations and the company’s overall success
- Demonstrate and uphold a high level of morale and spirit for you and your staff
- Ensure the center maintains high professional standards of appearance
Job Requirements:
- Demonstrated outgoing and dynamic personality
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- 1-2 years sales/customer service, or similar experience
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills

Orem is a city in Utah County, Utah, United States, in the northern part of the state. It is adjacent to Provo, Lindon, and Vineyard and is about 45 miles (72 km) south of Salt Lake City.
