Regional Support Manager manages an operational support function in a specific geographic area providing guidance to branches on matters of compliance, service, and quality. Conducts routine and preventative quality assurance processes to monitor customer satisfaction and revenue results and ensure policy compliance for branches in designated region. Being a Regional Support Manager provides operational support and resources to investigate and resolve any problems or losses incurred in the day to day operations of branches. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Regional Support Manager typically reports to top management. The Regional Support Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To be a Regional Support Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. About Us:Fitness Holdings, LLC is a franchise of CRUNCH Fitness. We are headquartered in Greenwich, CT. Our mission is to launch a network of CRUNCH gyms across the northeastern United States. With franchise rights in Westchester County, NY, Philadelphia, PA, Northern New Jersey and Boston, MA, Fitness Holdings, LLC has 30 clubs currently and is on pace to build 50 clubs throughout the Northeast Corridor.
Job Summary:The Regional Group Fitness Manager is an essential position that over sees multiple localized clubs to ensure the smooth and efficient operational procedures within the Group Fitness department. This position is responsible for building and maintaining a successful group fitness program based on our Crunch Brand and measured by member attendance. At all times the Regional Group Fitness Manager would enable the club to provide the highest level of customer service. He/She will demonstrate an aptitude and command of all company-wide policies and initiatives to ensure the integrity of the Crunch brand.
Requirements:Maintain valid CPR/AED Certification.Nationally Accredited Group Fitness Certification: AFAA, ACE, or NASM preferred. (We can also accept some Nationally Accredited Personal Training certifications.)
