Regional Support Manager manages an operational support function in a specific geographic area providing guidance to branches on matters of compliance, service, and quality. Conducts routine and preventative quality assurance processes to monitor customer satisfaction and revenue results and ensure policy compliance for branches in designated region. Being a Regional Support Manager provides operational support and resources to investigate and resolve any problems or losses incurred in the day to day operations of branches. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Regional Support Manager typically reports to top management. The Regional Support Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To be a Regional Support Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Contacting candidates during the new hire process for interviews or training.

    Supporting in completion of job application materials and documents, and preparation of employment interviews and/or needed information for employee separations

    Preparing, reviewing, interpreting, and analyzing, a variety of data, information and reports, and making recommendations depending on findings.

    Build/post job descriptions, on-board new employees, interview candidates

    Requirements:
    Must be at least 18 years of age and possess basic computer experience (6 months ) and type at least 35 words per minute. Must possess and maintain a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience is required, and a high degree of attention to detail. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide. Ability to read, fluently speak, and understand the English language. Degree in Business strongly desired. 2 years of recruiting experience. 1 year of management experience. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Complete all required training. Must have experience in Recruiting. Skills in Human Resources are preferred. Must have reliable transportation and able to work weekends, holidays, and days off.
