Registrar
North Central State College is accepting applications for Registrar. The Registrar is responsible
for maintaining degree and student records of all past, present and future students, and
oversees functions and operations to assure efficiency and accuracy of student records.
Essential duties/responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Student Records Office Management Student Records Administration
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity and security of all • Approve student graduation petitions and
student academic records, and supervise/direct all certificate auto-awarding
uses of the records • Review and approve student residency change
supporting ERP/LMS • Administer attendance, mid-term, and final grade
archived, student transcript records and • Evaluate college transcripts for transfer credit and
appropriate processing of records in accordance create course equivalencies
with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act • Coordinate probation, suspension, and honor
(FERPA) designations

• Create and maintain budget • Develop and produce customized reports for other
