• Must have High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• In some degree has worked with general public. Prior experience or training in customer services preferred.
• Prior related experience in data entry preferred.
• Must be capable of communicating clearly (reading, writing, and speaking) in the English Language. Must be capable of reading and comprehending written policies/procedures and instructions. Must have the ability to receive and relay phone or other business related messages.
• Must be able to operate computer, telephone and other department specific equipment required to perform your job.
• The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, and hear. The employee is frequently required to sit for long periods of time, stand, use hands, reach, walk, stoop, and bend. May occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
