Regulatory Affairs Manager manages regulatory matters and executes the strategy to ensure the organization complies with applicable regulations. Implements processes and systems to ensure that all necessary licensing, filings, certifications, and permits are processed and monitored. Being a Regulatory Affairs Manager utilizes established monitoring policies and procedures to ensure compliance with existing regulations. Anticipates new or changing regulations and coordinates with internal stakeholders to develop strategies to address changes in product, operations, or testing requirements. Additionally, Regulatory Affairs Manager investigates and addresses any reported issues of non-compliance. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Regulatory Affairs Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Regulatory Affairs Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Summary:  Positioned in a call center environment, provide inbound service to multiple prepaid and investment customers and process transactions as needed.


    What you Will Do:

    • Answer incoming phone and email inquiries from customers. 
    • Process account maintenance and financial transactions.
    • Assist potential customers with enrollment inquiries.
    • Understand and explain complex rules and regulations of each plan to customer(s).
    • Research and respond to financial inquiries for customers, managers, and client Success Team members.
    • Periodically have input into process improvements and/or new projects to improve overall quality and processing efficiency.
    • Provide the highest level of service to customers and clients to meet or exceed defined service level agreements (SLA).






    Requirements

     

    What you Will Need to Succeed: 


    · A minimum of 2 years’ customer service experience in the financial services (banking and/or money management) industry, with   emphasis on investment / financial account maintenance and customer service activities. 

    · Excellent oral and written communication skills, 

    · Attention to detail, 

    · Analytical skills, 

    · Customer service orientation, 

    · Proficiency with excel and word.

    · A professional attitude is required. 

    · A high school diploma or the equivalent is required. 

    · A bachelor’s degree in business or finance is preferred, not required.
