Regulatory Affairs Specialist supports the oversight of regulatory matters and strategy implementation to ensure the organization complies with applicable regulations. Prepares filings and tracks applications for licensing, certification, and permits and interacts with governmental officials during the regulation and certification process. Being a Regulatory Affairs Specialist monitors compliance with existing regulations and upcoming or changing regulations. Performs impact analysis of regulatory changes and produces status reports. Additionally, Regulatory Affairs Specialist participates in processes to report, investigate, and addresses any issues of non-compliance. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Regulatory Affairs Specialist occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.   • Job Overview:
    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Company General Affairs Specialist to join our team. As Specialist, you will be responsible for managing vendor accounts, sourcing purchases, submitting payment of invoices, assisting with company fleet and properties upkeep, assisting business travelers and other various tasks. This position touches many areas of the business and has basic daily tasks and other general duties that may have to be addresses randomly. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A high level of proficiency with Excel spreadsheets is required for submitting supporting data, tables, and charts for authorization of payments and purchases. Experience with SAP is a plus.

    Responsibilities:
    - Coordinate and manage various administrative tasks to support the general affairs department and two direct reports.

    -Create and submit orders and payment for purchases using detailed Excel created tables, graphs and charts.
    - Assist with business travel planning and execution, including logistics, scheduling, and coordination
    - Conduct research and gather information for purchases and a wide range of sourced office and company owned properties (homes).
    - Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed
    - Provide customer support by answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
    - Maintain calendars of small company fleet service and needs
    - Assist with data entry, transcribing documents, and organizing files
    - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination

    Qualifications:
    - Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
    - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, high Excel proficiency required
    - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
    - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work
    - Strong written and verbal communication skills
    - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
    - Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle inquiries professionally
    - Experience in calendar management and scheduling is a plus
    - Knowledge of order entry systems or databases is an asset

    - Valid US driver's license and ability to day trave locally

    It is important to possess an open mind in this position as it covers a wide range of tasks at any given time. It has base duties but daily variances can happen on short notice that must be coordinated. The ability to multi-task and a can-do attitude is essential for this position. It is a good position for an individual who likes a routine but also likes to step out of that routine to assist with other urgent areas and various tasks.

    Some daily overtime is required.

    Some Saturday weekend work is required, typically 8 am - 12 noon.

    This position qualifies for salary overtime pay as guided by the company salary overtime pay policy.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: From $51,000.00 per year
