Being a Regulatory Affairs Specialist monitors compliance with existing regulations and upcoming or changing regulations. Performs impact analysis of regulatory changes and produces status reports. Additionally, Regulatory Affairs Specialist participates in processes to report, investigate, and addresses any issues of non-compliance. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Echo/Vascular Technician
Position: Requires considerable technical ability, experience and judgement to perform cardiovascular ultrasound and evaluate the quality of data for Cardiologist interpretation. Must have substantial knowledge and understanding of cardiovascular disease, dynamics of blood flow, doppler and color flow imaging techniques. Expected to have a detailed understanding of ultrasound instrumentation, cardiovascular physiology and pathology, hemodynamics and the ability to relate these findings into clinically meaningful data.
Requirements: Education: Proof of Registry in echocardiography with appropriate credentials: RDCS, RCS, RVS, RVT, RDMS, through ARDMS or CCI.
Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of full time experience in cardiac ultrasound. Must have considerable experience performing routine echoes including colorflow, pulsewave and continuous wave doppler, stress, echo, pharmacologic stress. Vascular experience a must. Also experience using contrast echo agents. Able to perform vascular studies, carotid, arterial, venous, aorta/iliac, renal ultrasound.
License: Registrations or Certifications current American Heart Association CPR certification.
Work Type: Full Time Monday Thursday 8:00am to 5:00pm Friday 8:00am to 2:00pm.
