GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Fire and Safety Compliance Coordinator is responsible for the overall management of the Agency's fire and safety procedures to ensure compliance as well as the development and oversight of the Emergency Preparedness Plan. This position works with the Facilities Director as well as the Safety Committee to help develop the agency's overall safety plan and training of staff on the procedures.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate Degree in the area of Occupational Safety, Human Services, or another related field or High School Diploma with one year experience in role related to Fire and Safety Compliance and Risk Management. Knowledge of Emergency Preparedness, Life Safety Codes, Fire Prevention, Risk Management and OSHA.
