Regulatory Compliance Coordinator jobs in Paterson, NJ

Job Description:

• Assists federal/state agency environmental certification, registration, and compliance reporting activity.
• Assists in the facilitation of product registration or reporting activities
• Assist in conducting internal audit, benchmarking, and data requests
• Process vendor invoices related to environmental compliance (e-waste, product certification, etc.)
• The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience supporting regulatory, finance, marketing, sales, or supply chain/vendor management departments.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline preferred.(Regulatory & Environmental)

Skills:

• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Ability to summarize the regulation & and meeting contents.
• Must have Strong computer skills with the ability to work within internal and external IT systems and upload documents.
• ·Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Work, PPT).
• Must have strong Excel skills and online research skills. Experience with MS SharePoint is a plus.
• The ability to meet deadlines

Salary: $14.13 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
