Qualifications:

• BSN with current state licensure

• Established clinical and technical proficiency

• Experience in home health setting and 1 year of management or supervisory experience

• Strong understanding of medication management, disease processes, and symptom management

• Excellent observation, communication, and nursing judgment skills

• Valid driver's license and current CPR certification
