We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Field Supervisor to join our team. As a Field Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the delivery of home care services to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our clients receive high-quality care and support in accordance with their individual needs.
Duties:
- Supervise and manage a team of caregivers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Conduct regular home visits to assess client needs and monitor the quality of care being provided
- Collaborate with clients and their families to develop personalized care plans
- Coordinate caregiver schedules and ensure adequate coverage for all clients
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for caregivers, providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement
- Provide hands-on care as needed, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication management
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
Requirements:
Must be CNA Certified
-Previous experience in home care or a related field (e.g., CNA, nursing, social work)
- Strong knowledge of senior care principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively lead and manage a team
- Knowledge of dementia care techniques is highly desirable
- Familiarity with resident rights and patient care standards
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
