Job Summary

Stellar Care Center is seeking dedicated leader for the position of Director of Social Services and Admissions Director. This role is pivotal in providing quality care and efficient services to our residents.

Director of Social Services

The Director of Social Services will oversee the facility's social services program, aiming to integrate these services into our residents' overall care plans. This role requires a strong understanding of social services and a passion for elder care.

Admissions Director

The Admissions Director will manage the admissions process, ensuring a smooth transition for residents and their families into our facility. This role involves assessing resident needs, negotiating contracts, and working closely with our sales team to maintain occupancy rates.

Shared Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and evaluate programs (social services or admissions) to meet resident needs
- Provide training and support to staff
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations

Qualifications

- Relevant degree preferred (Master’s in Social Work for Social Services, Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration for Admissions)
- Proven experience in the respective fields
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
