Reimbursement Services Director directs and supervises the activities of the claims and provider reimbursement personnel. Handles third-party reimbursement for services rendered to patients. Being a Reimbursement Services Director sets procedures for filing reimbursement claims and ensures timely and accurate claims payments. The Director of Administrative Services is the champion of safety, health, and engagement for employees, the Association’s members, guests, and public, and workplace culture, and community building and serves at the pleasure of the General Manager. The Director of Administrative Services is responsible for complete oversight, management, and leadership of the administrative services division which includes Human Resources, Risk Management, and Community Services (design review and community standards and regulations enforcement). Tahoe Donner is looking for an individual committed to continuing to nurture the rich history of the association while also being an agent of change and improvement. Partnering with the General Manager and executive leadership team, the Director of Administrative Services will champion and lead the standards of excellence and company culture while following and ensuring sound policies and procedures, implementing best practices and internal controls, and providing clear and concise communication and guidance. Annual salary range of $180,500-$245,000 DOE, and eligible for discretionary incentive bonus
