Job Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and expand a network of relevant internal and external relations (e.g., appraisers, attorneys, CPAs, agricultural retailers, product buyers, bankers, title companies, realtors, and educators). Demonstrate strong knowledge of client/prospect agriculture industry. Contribute to the development of lead generation for the own area or client group. Move the loan through the Customer Team, in accordance with the Stages of the Sales Process. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons.
