This is a role for someone with a proven ability to create and manage multiple lead generation efforts and close a sale.

The primary responsibility is to grow the number of dogs in daycare.  The successful incumbent will do this through making connections with people and pups; motivating and inspiring them to see Dogtopia as the best place for them and their pup!

• Fully understand the daycare and boarding model 
• Fully understand and be able to effectively explain the benefits of our services 
• Convert lead calls to Meet & Greets
• Schedule Meet & Greets and tours
• Work with team members and Pet Parent to ensure our customer experience sets the highest standards of satisfaction
• Sell daycare packages to new pet parents 
• Plan and manage the Social Media campaign(s)   
• Establish and manage marketing effort for the Dogtopia 
• Manage the communications between prospective leads and the Center 
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status report
• Manage the First Week Dog program

Core Competencies:

• Percentage of leads converted to Meet & Greets
• Percentage of Meet & Greets converted to sales
• Retention of and frequency of daycare visits
• Assist in increasing customer satisfaction ratings
• Always striving to upsell!
• Consistent and timely attendance

Requirements:

• Proven work experience in sales 
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales  
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills 
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills       
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
